We cannot take direct referrals but if you think Hope House might be the right place for you, someone you know or a client you are working with then we are happy to explore this with you through our referring partners Pathways of Chesterfield and the Chesterfield Borough Council Homelessness Prevention Team.
Hope House is not a rehab centre. For the sake of other residents who are committed to kicking unhelpful patterns of behaviour and rebuilding their lives free from drugs and alcohol we cannot accept you as a resident until you have started and demonstrated commitment to that journey. Pathways will help you find the right place for you to start and when you have we are here for you.
